Riti's diets are easy to follow as she prescribes daily, regular food which you eat. No fancy 'diet' food is prescribed. Her focus is on wholesome nutrition and not Calorie count. She measures the internal bodily parameters to see how the diet is working internally.

It has only been 1.5 months since I first consulted Ms. Riti for Diet & Nutrition.

I am preparing for a Marathon and wanted to ensure my body composition is right to perform. She prepared a plan which was practical and included food which is part of my normal day-to-day eating habits. Moreover, she kept giving tips anytime I had to travel or was not able to follow the recommended diet pattern.

I must say the results have been amazing for me. First, I do not feel I am on a diet thus making the regime much more sustainable. I lost almost 7.5 Kgs which is primarily out of fat whereas I gained muscle mass. Both of these factors are important for the endurance I need for running.

Have consulted Riti three months back and have lost 7kgs by eating more and still in the process of shedding more.She never lets you to get demotivated.Her constant follow ups will never allows you deviate from your path. Thanks Riti and waiting for shedding mre and more ;)

She is a very knowledgeable person. Since am allergic to milk so was always worried about my calcium intake but Riti has made my simple diet plan with so many sources of calcium that i was unaware of and really appreciate the time she has given me to explain each and eveerything!

I took a 2 month treatment. In 1.5 months, the results were visible to my peers, with inch loss. I lost a decent amount of fat from my face and body. Although the weight loss was merely 2 kgs, but Ms. Riti managed to control water retention in my body which lead to fat loss. I find the treatment satisfying but not totally applaudable. As 1. Weight loss was minimal. 2. I think the reason for 1 is that I was not heard properly in the first month. I insisted on more liquids in the diet and helping me with alternates for stress eating habits. But the solution was provided only after 3-3.5 weeks.

I think if I was heard well and solution was given on time, the results would have been better.

Really got a good experience with Riti as I was suffering from Hypothyroid from last 6 years and have got weight issues but with the help of proper diet and suitable modifications she has helped me to shed 3.5 Kg in a month and I am very happy as I was not losing even half KG :) but with her diet I lost my weight and got my

overall health.
