Priyanka is a patient listener and goes by the data facts presented in the reports to provide a diet plan. She is approachable and ensures regular follow-ups to maintain the check on the adherence of the plan. She discusses the challenges and any new symptoms that come up and frequently changes the plan to suit the needs. I was able to reduce 6 to 8 kgs in a span of 2 to 3 months with regular diet offered by her and exercise and walking. She took into consideration all the effort and prepared the plan. Plan is not static as you would mostly see and we went in for changing regularly , sometimes twice a week. I think this is the most extraordinary part of her counselling that she is not rigid with what she has offered and listens and processes the needs of the body. I highly recommend her for her expertise as well as connection that she builds during the course of the treatment
