FINALLY my Tennis Elbow Pain got Cured, all because of Dr. Payal! She is one of the Best & extremely Experienced Physio Therapist in Gurgaon! What I liked about my treatment with her is, along with treating the pain, she also explains the type of injury that's causing the pain and how to manage the injury recovery phase.

I was in severe pain for 2 months and I was feeling kind of depressed because my elbow pain restricting me from pursuing any fitness activity or even daily life movements where I had to Pull or Push. Everyone that I consulted prior to Dr. Payal, they all said I had to be in complete rest from any physical Push-Pull movement for at least 3 months. However, after my First consultation with Dr. Payal, she assured me that I could continue working out with some limitations and in few weeks I could see significant improvement in my elbow movement with the pain subsiding and me regaining my lost confidence while working out.

I would STRONGLY recommend a consultation with her for anyone who wants to recover from their Injury.

Dr. Payal takes great effort in listening and understanding the issue. This is the most under appreciated quality I see missing these days, when doctors start telling you without even letting you finish.

I went for a labrum tear rehabilitation and felt wonderful within the first few sittings. She does a brilliant job in the clinic as well as advising on “dos and don'ts" outside the clinic.

Exercises recommended by her on top of the in person clinic sessions worked wonders for my unique injury. I made my recovery in record time.
