I Visited Dr. Parul as I was dealing with a lot of Stress and Anxiety. Dr. Parul Singh is a very professional doctor and I am happy that I decided to visit her for my stress related issues which I was dealing from the past couple of months. I was struggling with myself lately and felt like I was never happy about anything in life. I disconnected myself from my friends and family because of the continues stress I was in, which further caused me a lot of depression. I felt like my world is falling apart and everyday I was full of doubts and confusion in my mind about everything I do. Although the problems were there in my past which Dr. Parul was able to figure out after a session and she listened to all my problems pretty well. It's been 3 months since my treatment started and I am already seeing some positives in my body language and the way i think. I feel less stressed now and more confident about myself. I would highly recommend Dr. Parul Singh to anyone who is suffering from Stress related issues or someone living in depression or some mental health problems, i feel like she can help you the right way. I started my sessions with Parul when I was going through a big life change and needed to understand how to navigate through the emotions I was feeling. What I found in Parul is a professional, understanding, non-judgemental therapist. She created an environment where I could be myself and speak out my thoughts. I learnt to re-evaluate so many existing notions that we absorb from others and I learnt how to trust my gut through these sessions. I started visiting Dr. Parul for counseling as I was undergoing depression which was exacerbated by anxiety and confusion regarding my career choices. However, within only 3-4 visits, I started getting a lot of clarity in my mind as a result of counseling and communication with Dr. Parul. The whole process takes time, and I was already in a completely changed state of mind after about 6 months of visits.

I found her to be extremely kind, and sensitive towards my state of mind & their problems, which is the most critical quality you seek in a therapist. This helped me connect well with her. Also, the sessions as a whole gave me a lot of clarity of thought.

Dr. Parul has also given me a lot of new perspectives on career, relationships, etc., which have helped me immensely.

I have been visiting Ms Parul for almost an year and have been more than satisfied by how she has handled my case. She is gentle and extremely mindful and guides through the process diligently and with full sincerity. She is very receptive, sensitive and extremely perceptive.
