Her expertise lies in tackling personality issues, ADHD, Adolescent issues, Anxiety, OCD & Depression issues through DBT, Schema & positive psychology. As an excellent DBT & Schema therapist she believes that Every individual is doing the best he can and wants to improve. No behaviour is good or bad. Every behaviour is caused. Identifying, and altering the causes of behaviour brings sustainable wellbeing. she has worked in various NGOs working in the field of Mental Health. As Consultant for UNICEF, she helped create Operational Guidelines for Adolescent empowerment centres She has Worked as a clinical psychologist in Tulasi mental health care & rehabilitation centre for five years and currently working as a consultant at CSBC (centre for social and behaviour change set up by Ashoka University & Bill & Melinda Gates foundation) & helping adolescents & young adults in learning emotion regulation strategies as emotion dysregulation is one of key reason of many dysfunctional behaviour & mental health problems in our later life.
