Ms. Aastha Dhingra is a practitioner of one of the pioneer and eternally growing careers in the world i.e. Psychology, which gives her an opportunity to empower, support and train people for a better fulfilled and happy life. She is a trainer with some of the great educational and corporate institutions like Maruti Suzuki India Pvt Ltd, DLF Foundation, Manav Rachna International School, Dronacharya College, Gurgaon etc. She is an author and has almost 20 papers to her credit in various national and international journals. She is an anchor / speaker with NDTV Prime. She is on the Editorial Board of International Journal of Indian Psychology.
