I am 59 years of age n after menopause could not bring down the stubborn weight gain n I am asthmatic n on daily steroid inhaler… which is also a major reason of weight gain. . Dr Priyatama is a wonderful person… listens to you … understands your issues, your tastes , is very thorough in following up every day diet with you. She shares a full diet plan of a few days , well in time n even shares the recipes . I really enjoyed making n learning new recipes. I started at 74.7 kgs n now after two months I am at 69.6 kgs . It’s made me feel awesome… the inch loss has been phenomenal besides taking few breaks in the plan due to my asthma issues.

I have tried lots of diets and exercise plans, and whatever small amount of weight I used to loose, used to come back with more weight very soon. I heard some great reviews for Priyatama and gave it a try. I have lost 8 kgs within 25 days :), and the weight loss has not stopped. Priyatama helped me change my lifestyle around the food. My basic approach and relation to food has completely changed. Most important thing is that she NEVER advised me to go hungry, eat monotonous diets, or eat some crash diets. Her approach to diet is more balanced than I have ever followed. I feel more energetic, I need a little less sleep now than I used to "need" earlier, I have more mental clarity and steady energy levels throughout the day, I feel more healthy and my cholesterol is coming down. Biggest addition she has done in my dietary habits is the tasty and healthy meal plans and recipes. They are absolutely fantastic and so much easier to make then our so called traditional food. She has not asked me to stop eating anything, I am eating chapatis, sabzis, salads, sandwiches, veggies and you name it.
In comparison, I have heard of some dieticians out there who are advising their clients to eat only bananas or sprouts whole day. These kind of diets are not sustainable, and unhealthy in long term. You may see a difference in your weight, but you won't be able to include it in your lifestyle, or see any improvement in quality of your life.
