I am a kind of person who runs away when it comes to emotions and how I truly feel inside. But she handled me so well. She let me drop my usual guard and opened up to her without feeling judged or guilty. Gave me **** possible solution for my problem. She corrected me when I was wrong without hurting my feelings she used short stories to explain it gently. She is an excellent doc, good listener and very helpful. I highly suggest Mrs. Meghna if you are truly looking for someone who listens and understands you.

It has genuinely been one of the best decisions I've made. She made me feel heard from day one, without ever making me feel judged. Every session leaves me feeling a little lighter and with a better understanding of myself.

I was in the darkest place of my life yet when I started working with Megha. Within 10 minutes of the first session, I knew she was The therapist for me. Many weekly sessions, exercises, chats, loads and loads of laughter later (yes, therapy is FUN if you have Megha as your guide!!!) I am at a wonderful mindspace.
The only negative feedback I have is that she doesn’t charge half as much as she is due *

Megha has been truly instrumental in helping me understand and come to terms with my situation. At no point did she question who I am as a person. Instead, she was thoughtful and intentional, gently yet firmly guiding me to reflect and see things more clearly. She introduced meaningful examples and practical frameworks that gave structure to my thoughts and helped me process what I was going through in a healthier way.
She is an incredibly patient listener, kind in her responses, and always approachable. There is a warmth in the way she engages, a steady smile, and a sense of calm support that makes it easier to open up without fear of judgment. I never felt rushed or dismissed. I felt heard.
Megha was someone I truly needed at this point in my life, and I received ******* the support **** *** ********** She was not biased, nor did she take sides. Her guidance was balanced, grounded, and aligned with what would genuinely support my well-being. The most powerful part of this journey was something she suggested I do for myself. That advice is deeply personal, and I will carry it quietly with gratitude.
Thank you, Megha* *

Finding the right therapist took a ***** deal of trial and error; I had almost given up on the process entirely. However, Megha restored my faith in therapy, and my mental health. A therapeutic relationship must be a safe space, and Megha, with her utmost dedication and patience, creates exactly that. I am grateful for her commitment; she is a true professional.

I am really grateful to have such a wonderful therapist. She is extremely patient and always takes the time to listen carefully without rushing or judging. She is very punctual, which makes every session feel well-organized and respectful of time.
What I appreciate the most is how easy she is to communicate with. She explains things clearly and creates a safe, comfortable space where I feel free to share my thoughts and feelings. Her friendly and kind nature makes each session feel supportive rather than stressful.
Overall, she is a highly professional, understanding, and compassionate therapist. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for genuine care, guidance, and positive support.
