Ms. Leenoor Lingzyer Foning

If I say that Ms. Leenoor Foning changed my perception towards life and myself, it wouldn't be an exaggeration. When I first went to see her, I was grieving. I had recently lost my father and was facing a lot of issues in my personal and professional life. She made me comfortable so that I can open up to her for sharing my feelings. It all happened very slowly yet effectively. She helped me learn my self-worth and encouraged me to work on myself every day. We spent almost a year together, and I could see the difference in my personality and behavior.Ms. Leenoor never forced me to share something that I was not comfortable sharing with her at that particular time. She gave me time and independence to think about having the sessions in my own way. She also helped me connect with my inner feelings and relate them to my behavior. That way, I was able to see where I needed to improve or what I should do more often to keep myself happy/content.It was a great experience knowing myself with all the help I got from Ms. Leenoor. I had an experience of depression-episode during my teenage, and even though I took counseling at that time, it always felt that I was not healed. Its traces remained inside me. It got worsened by all the experiences and traumas that I faced while growing up. These sessions helped me fix most of the past issues and recent ones.I thank Ms. Leenoor so much for helping me learn how to know myself and handle life in a better way. It's not like I won't face anything in my life ever again, but I think I can manage them in a better way now. All thanks to her.

I happened to meet Leenoor when my organization approached her for counselling session for its employees. Honestly, I have been very lucky and blessed to have attended the sessions by Leenoor. As, these sessions has helped me manage my struggle & take many big decisions in my life like

- How to work towards my dream

- What kind of person I am and allowing myself to accept me

- Managing my relations

- Handling stress

- She figured out that I am a claustrophobic person, I was not able understand it and was avoiding my panic attacks

These sessions have been like mind cleansing sessions. It helps me identify & channelize my inner thoughts & callings. I would highly recommend one must attend her session and pour his/ her heart out to her with all the problems that you are facing in personal or professional front and she will definatly figure out a possible solutions for you.

Very compassionate mental health professional. Helped me work through my issues and allowed me time to grow, realise and heal. Never showed frustration or irritation at me going over the same problems, which gave me room to grow. Super professional, never made me wait. Was an immense support system to me during my most difficult days.

I had weekly sessions with Dr. Leenoor for almost a year.

- I decided to continue beyond this period on fortnightly basis to work on Personal Development which proved to be equally fruitful.

It was a good experience with her, she listens and understands the person's query and issue very patiently and try to give an appropriate answer which is really going to help the person. The way she observes the person is brilliant and she always tries to make sure that we find our answers from our own experiences. Overall it was a very helpful for me of being part of her sessions.

I would strongly recommend Leenoor as a psychiatrist. Leenoor helped me getting out of stress and depression. Sessions with her were very useful and the learnings from the session have become a part of my life which will always help me fight stress and depression in the future. Leenoor is very calm and composed lady, listens to the patients very patiently. Leenoor is very strict about keeping the discussions confidential. Leenoor is very intellectual and carries the discussions intelligently in a way so as to create the maximum impact. She aims to hit the problem from its roots and make the patient capable of fighting psychological problem on his/her own ever in the future. I heard that Leenoor was quite a famous psychiatrist at London. I was impressed with her capabilities as the psychiatrist.

Dr. Leenoor has been the most understanding doctor I've come across. She creates a comfortable and safe space around me so that I can speak my mind. She always asks more and apt questions which makes me think deep. She is quick at understanding me and asks for feedback to help her understand my situation. Even if I book an appointment with her after a couple of months, we have the same level of communication and I always leave her with a peaceful mind. I highly recommended Dr. Leenoor especially for her deep understanding of her patients.

Ms Leenoor Foning is an amazing counselor. She made feel better and I did benefit a lot from her sessions.

Great experience where some one is there to hear you with all your thought like a childhood friend, who provide the space to you n your mind to reach on certain decision which was not never before.
