Weight loss

I am on strict diet.i lost 50gm in 4days but in next four days l gained 1kg. And i tried of my diet. I feel all the time hungry but not having more than two chapati. Breakfast -2 rosted bread only without sugar a cup of milk. 11am small bowl papaya. In lunch-1 roti, veg without potatoes n 1small bowl curd. For evening snacks-2 marie gold biscuits with green tea. And at night 1small plate poha/1cup milk without sugar with kellogs k special/ 1roti, veg salad thats it.and still i am 75kg amd my height is 5.2". What should i do. Please suggest m tired with this diet

Weight loss

I want to loss weight atleast 10-12 kgs I'm 70kgs right no. Actually I gained More weight after my Accident and before that I was 64kg, and was already fat, was thinking to do something and meet with an Accident. My height is 5'7 and my body is fluffy type. help me to get out of thi. It is so embarrassing being this much fat at this age while my age group girls are busy in wearing crop dresses.

Hello.. I my weight is 53 kg.I am following a strict deit plan since last 8 months bt still i am not able to reduce the same. I am eating chapattis and i m taking sugr free instead of sugar or jaggery. My face looks so blotted. Kindly help me to do the same.. Thnks.

Weight loss target

I workout 6 days a week. In a day, I consume skimmed milk, 2 bowl pulses, 3-4 chapatis, one apple, one cup of green tea, one dry veggie(mostly of cabbage and carrots) ,25g raw paneer(not daily). I follow this plan from Mon to Sat. Can i have a cheat day on sun and eat food from outside? Intend to loose 2kgs per week
