Shireen is an RCI-licensed Rehabilitation Counsellor with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and is also a Drama and Movement Therapy Facilitator, dedicated to supporting emotional well-being. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Psychology, she brings over four years of experience working with diverse client populations, using a compassionate and eclectic approach. Her expertise includes anxiety, OCD, depression, personality disorders, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation challenges. She has been trained in administering psychometric tests, psychological screening tools, neuropsychological batteries, and working with juveniles.Her work is further enriched by a Visharad in Bharatanatyam. Shireen integrates creative expression with psychological principles to offer a holistic, transformative approach to therapy - fostering healing, resilience, and overall well-being.
