It was a great experience with Dr Saroj Ji. My husband went to consult about my lower back pain which was an ongoing issue from last few years. Due to the on and off pain, he found it hard to strength-train on regular basis. We consulted other physiotherapists in the past and they have simply treated it with wave therapy which even Dr Saroj Ji did but what really sets her apart from others is the explaination behind what is done. She explained why lower back pain happens, the causes in detail. She helped me realize that bad posture is the biggest culprit and how our body responds to different postures. Not only that, with every session, she suggested how to include good posture habits in our daily routine, some very light excercises to strengthen your core. I liked that she treated the issue not just professionally but giving personal tips so to help it long term. I would strongly recommend her.

We were actively looking out for a good physiotherapist/physiotherapy center for my father who suffered a stroke 3 years back. We tried service like Portea and found that Portea physios did not have empathetic attitude towards the patient and did not show any inclination to heal the patient in a holistic way. Ms. Saroj and Mr Ishwar have done a great job in striking a bonding with my father and providing a more holistic and empathetic physio treatment. Their services are both economical and effective and its been more than 4 months and i am a regular visitor there.

I had pain in my shoulder since last three months. I consulted Dr Saroj for this and she prescribed me to undergo physiotherapy sessions at her.clinic for 10 days. I underwent these physiotherapy sessions and also did multiple physical exercises advised by doctor on daily basis. The doctor closely watched me performing the exercises and corrected me where required. After 10 sessions I have fully recovered from my pain. I strongly recommend Doctor Saroj for physiotherapy sessions for her expertise and thorough knowledge.

I had pain in my shoulder, leg and knees since long. I undergo physio equipment therapies at Doctor's clinic for 10 days. I was also taught there many of the physical exercises on daily basis under close watch of doctor to ensure that I do the same independently & correctly

and do learn well. Now I am fully recovered and keep myself fit by doing needful exercises at home on my own. I will strongly recommend Doctor sahab to the patients needing physiotherapy for her sheer competency and supportive attitude.

We visited Dr Saroj for my mother’s shoulder problem when one of the doc has already advised for the surgery.However , our second opinion with some other doctor made us visit Dr Saroj which I think was the best decision .She listens to the problem with patience and then starts the treatment .

Within few sessions ,my mother started feeling the difference and the frozen shoulder has gone now after couple of sessions .

Dr Saroj is also a nice human being as well.

Considering her expertise as her strength in the field ,I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good Physio in town.

I had a great experience with Dr Saroj. I was experiencing nerve related pains in my legs, a feeling of electric current like sensation. My doc had asked me to consult a physiotherapist. When I met Dr Saroj, she explained me my condition after doing a thorough diagnosis. She suggested me a 10 day session plan of Physiotherapy which included electric current like vibration , ultrasonic treatment of muscles and hot pack. Within 3-4 session, my pain reduced significantly. However, i completed my 10 sessions and now I am feeling much better. She also taught me strength training exercises and always gave advice on posture correction while sitting, getting up from bed, etc. i am really thankful to her. Highly recommend!!

I was having very bad shoulder pain when I visited Dr Saroj. At first glance she understood my problem and gave me confidence that it will go away. It has been 1.5 months now and I am 60 percent better. In this time itself, I got a very bad lower back ache which Dr Saroj started treating and I must say she has really helped me in getting back to normal. Besides treatment, she has been pushing me to get back to normal routine with walk and exercises. The way Dr Saroj treats is holistic and I would highly recommend her.

Strongly Recommend for anything related to pain management (Neck, Back & Postures). I went to series of high profile HOD’s of prominent hospitals in Gurgaon and in between visited Dr. Rustogi. She continued surprised me with her advised which were the outcome of several tests. Going further with many more vs what she has recommended was way more efficient and added value. She continued helping me with focused exercises and treatment strategies which are immensely helpful vs. burning unnecessary money with several recommended areas of other specialists.

I feel so blessed to visit this clinic as the staff and the focused treatment is helping me here. You can be fully assured to be in safe and good hand.

We went to her with a lot of hope after reading the good reviews given by many people but ended up wasting our money and time. *** ********* *** ****** ****** ** ****** **** **** **** *** *** ******* *** took Rs 600 per session and basically did nothing besides giving heat. Took consultation charges but didnt even give a prescription, very unprofessional and insensitive towards the patient's problem. Blamed weight for everything ******* ****** ** ********** **** the person is already in stress because of the infinite problems she is going through.

I visited Dr. Saroj to consult for my mother, who has a shoulder injury. I am very satisfied with the way doctor has explained everything to my mother. She has given all the required attention and time. Her ********* ** *** ******* ** ******* *** *** best part is that she makes the patient understand the problem very well with do's and dont's. I have visited her regularly for my mother for almost a week and she has started feeling better than before. Thank you very much Dr. Saroj.
