I have been suffering from ankle pain which i got when i twisted my ankle many years back.I have consulted many doctor but of no help.

One of my friend had recommend to Dr Rajesh Pal.He suggested 3 weeks of Class 4 Laser along with ankle Rehabilitation exercises for 3 months.Now i am able to do my day to day activities without pain.

I have been suffering neck pain for many years, and my friends has recommended Dr Rajesh Pal. He listened me very patiently, had a through examination and briefed me in very detail about my problem and treatment .After a 3 weeks of physio sessions and manual exercises my pain has gone completely. I am a runner who has had a few injuries over the years which has required the services of a physio. Dr Rajesh Pal is the first to ask about how long I have been running, mileage, type of running style, type of running shoes I wear and the heal drops and related it to the injury.

First class, would recommend and use again (hopefully not though, that would mean another injury!)

After two years of low back pain and consultation with 2 orthopaedics and 30 sessions of Physiotherapy got No Relief.

On one of My Friend's recommendation i consulted Dr Rajesh Pal, who identified my lower back injury, treated it with Dry Needling and prescribed exercises which resolved the problem completely. I am back to my normal routine with no back pain at all.

Dr.Pal is extremely professional but at the same time a very fine individual as well. He very patiently heard the problem and then while talking with 12 year daughter he not only diagnosed the problem but very interestingly explained it to her and myself using Pictures. I went there for consultation for my wife. It was a good interaction with Dr. Pal. We we educated about the back ache problem and ways to treat it. Follow up physiotherapy sessions will begin from today. Let us see how much improvement is there in due course of time.
