Manisha mam helped me understand my problem and how to tackle my problem of anxiety, OCD and depression. She taught me breathing and awareness techniques which helped me cope up with my thoughts. I wrote my OCD thoughts and general thoughts regularly and discussed them in every session. Mam is friendly and very well knows when to guide and when to listen. Therapy sessions with mam has really helped me overcome my issues and I will be always be grateful to her.
