Before this injury, I was also suffering from severe upper back and lower back pain which would not allow me to sit straight even for 5 minutes. I am just 30 years and had spent 10 years on desk job. Excessive sitting has done all wrong to my body and what not went wrong after my child birth.

For back pain, I had already visited 3 to 4 physiotherapist and so many doctors in Gurgaon but the back pain just didn't go. I was doing exercises and taking physiotherapy like IFT, SWD but the pain was repetitive and just stuck. When I went to Dr. Mandakini, she almost in one go understood my main problem "BAD POSTURE" and "LOW CORE STRENGTH" which helped me revive my back strength and some good core strengthening exercises. I am still visiting her as my knee is still healing and my back pain is reduced to 80%. What i have lost - my strength in so many years , it will definitely take time to regain and I am working on it by doing exercises but getting Dr. Mandakini as the MENTOR is the best thing happened to me.

I consulted Dr Mandakini for my pelvis instability issue during my pregnancy. I visited her in my 2nd month of pregnancy. I had unbearable pelvis and groin pain throughout my pregnancy. Pains made it difficult to sleep, turn sides on the bed, walk or even stand. She understood my concern and helped me with the exercises that not only made me deal with my pain better but also improve my muscle strength. Throughout the session she would explain what each exercise was meant to do. We altered the exercises based on my pain threshold and my pregnancy weeks. She was always available at any given point to address any emergency. We continued with our exercises till my 40th week. She also taught me breathing techniques which i did through the different stages of pregnancy including the ones which I was supposed to do during labor. She encouraged me to work out and believed that I could have a normal delivery, which I did :)

My obgyn Dr. Ragini Agarwal recommended Dr Mandakini for physiotherapy during my pregnancy. I was regularly doing yoga before pregnancy but I was under the misconception that exercises should not be done during pregnancy. I took 20 sessions with Dr. Mandakini starting 19th week and they made a whole lot of difference for me. My complete pregnancy was a breeze. I met Dr.Mandakini Chopra for help with my lower back pain. I was referred to her by the Orthopedician at the WPratiksha Hospital in Gurgaon. I found her to be a patient listener who is willing to spend the extra few minutes to understand your problem. She also explains what is to be done in a slow systematic manner which is easy to follow. I have been to various physiotherapists in the past but am pleased to say that she is quite effective. Above all, she seems like a good human being - I would definitely recommend her to others.

I had a tennis elbow in April while doing weights in gym. I consulted a senior Orthopedic Doctor who advised some medicines and exercises. However it did not show much improvements. Somebody recommended physiotherapy, when I met Dr Mandakini. Initially for 2-3 visits it did not show much improvement. However Dr Mandakini was very confident and kept on saying that it would get better. Honestly I was a little sceptical in the beginning but by the end of 6-7 sessions it healed dramatically and by 9th session it was completely healed. I was amazed at her therapy. I always had many questions and she used to answer every question to my satisfaction. She always showed great care and listened carefully. She is not only a wonderful doctor but a nice human being too.

I had a sports injury and had to undergo a knee arthroscopy surgery at Pratiksha in November 2017 which was performed by Dr Hemant. Surgery went well but I couldnt walk because of post surgery effects. Dr Hemant referred me Dr Mandakani. I took 10 sessions with her. I started to see the improvement from the very first session and in 3 weeks from literally no possible walk, I was able to walk. I have just returned from a holiday trip from Dubai and I was so anxious last month regarding this trip but Dr Mandakani assured me that she would make me walk smoothly before my trip. I am so thankful to her. She is very professional in her approach and understands the pain of the patient. I just wanted to take out a few minutes of my precious time and would like to recommend Dr Chopra for her hard work on my partially paralyzed hands, I got fully recovered in just 3 months by following the instructions given by her as the disease which I had was to be fired in 6 months. *** *** ********** ***** ****** ** minimize the risk and control the damage on the nerves. She is trained to an exemplary standard and has set up a benchmark for her patients on how they need to be treated.

Dr Mandakini is an excellent doctor who is always willing to help her patients. I attended prenatal excersises with her and it really helped me during my pregnancy journey and also is helping me in recovery post my delivery. She always explains the problem fully to the patients so that they can understand their condition. Her suggestions are extremely great I still remember that she suggested putting crape bandage on my hands which was extremely helpful and gave me considerable relief.
