Dr. Kavita Goel (Physiotherapist)

Sincere Thanks to Dr. Kavita who has handled my problem very genuinely and helped me recover in such short span of time.

Visited her for shoulder and back pain a month ago and now i am 95% recovered. Rest 5% depends on my regular exercise schedule.

Dr. Kavita is very gentle, professional and treats her patients with great care. The overall procedure/ medication that she adopts to treat her patients is very impressive *** ****** *********. Adding exercise on regular intervals also helped me to remember them and practice them with ease. She is a good listener and understand the problem first before starting the treatment and will explain you at her best . Also didn't advise any irrelevant or unnecessary medication that saved me some penny.

My wife (68 years) had knee problem with pain , stiffness and backache.

Dr Kavita investigated the problem in detail, and

explained the problems to us .We got convinced about the steps she planned for treatment with physiotherapy and the duration.

Dr Kavita was quite friendly and answered everything we were curious about treatment.

The initial treatment was in clinic and later on she advised for required exercises in home.

She takes the problem as if we were part of her family.

With Dr Kvita's systematic approach and treatment plus her follow up for exercises , my wife's backache vanished , her kneepain gone , can bend knee and walk easily within one month.

We intend to periodically visit her clinic for further follow up and guidance in doing suggested regular exercises at home .

Dr Kavita is sincere, intelligent, sympathetic ,and devoted physiotherapist.

We are quite satisfied with the treatment by her.

I visited Dr. Kavita for lower back pain, and she recommended IFT, SWD and shockwave therapies for recovery. She also suggested stretching and lower-body strengthening exercises. The doctor was very friendly and took the time to explain the health concern in detail, which I really appreciated. After 12 sessions, I noticed significant progress—my regular backache was gone. I’m optimistic that with regular exercises and posture maintenance, the occasional discomfort that I get will improve as well.

Ms Kavita Goel is an excellent Physiotherapist who is professionally very talented and capable. Her clinic has the latest equipment including a shock therapy machine and her support team is also thoroughly experienced and capable. Ms Kavita is a very amiable and affable personality and her training regimen is par excellence. Her physiotherapy therapy and exercises have immensely benefited both my wife and me. I was treated by Dr.Kavita Goel for cervical spondylitis, which had me in a lot of pain and discomfort. Dr. Kavita is one of the nicest doctors I have consulted. Dr.Kavita has immense patience to explain everything several times to her patients. She runs a professional set up where she is ably assisted by efficient staff and most importantly her treatment has been so good that I am back to my regular work and exercise routine without any pain whatsoever and I thank her for that. My mother, who had a more severe issue than mine and was finding day-to-day tasks extremely difficult, is today much better and is managing her household chores very well. It's been a great experience with Dr Kavita, I came with injury in ankle and hip due to my cricket matches, she perfectly explained and help me understand the root cause of such injuries and guided with the following 10 session for recovery. During these 10 sessions she worked upon strengthening the core muscles and ligaments, after few session I started feeling the changes and the pain got reduced. The best things I felt during the sessions were the friendliness, the explanation of root cause of issue and working on strengthening core muscles through stretching exercises rather than advising any medicines. She also guided on gym exercises where back pain sprain can be avoided. Last but not least thanks for the support and guidance, sorry being late everytime for the sessions. I would definitely recommend someone having backpain or sports injuries to consult her.

I visited Dr Kavita for my ankle ligament injury. It was already almost 2.5 months since the injury and I had issues with stairs, walking for long and ofcourse workout and dance was out of question. She examines the problem very patiently and has a deep knowledge and understanding of her work. She did not commit me some magic that I will be fine in few weeks or something but her knowledge made me believe in her treatment. It’s 2 months now and I feel my issue is resolved to a great extent.
