I had back pain and extreme pain in my left leg . I wasn’t able to walk or stand even for 10mins. So i visited the clinic and met Dr. Ashish, who treated me initially and then suggested for physiotherapy.

When taking physiotherapy, i had sessions with Dr. Deepika (who worked under Dr. jyoti). The doctor was very friendly and experienced. She worked diligently and very punctual.

After taking a week’s physiotherapy i could walk for 30minutes and after second week’s treatment, i could walk normally. Now i even go for regular morning and evening walks!

Dr. Jyoti was very pleasant and fun to interact with. She explained the problem clearly and knew what had to be done for the pressure point issue that I was facing. She was also very organised in making sure there were no delays or waiting time for my sessions. With the recent covid pandemic, the smooth administration process helped manage any fears I had about in-person treatment as patient movement is well monitored at the centre. The treatment reduced 80% of the pain that I was facing and I am confident that the recommended stretches post treatment will help prevent recurrence once I restart my physical activities.

Due to the kind of challenges involved in my professional life, i would always neglect and compromise my health conditions which resulted in severe long serving bad spasm since 05 years

Consult V Medica and they found the root cause of problem with few tests conducted. Immediately started my treatment with therapy sessions and found recovering results in few sessions and now feels like 80% recovered and still recovering with some exercises. Not that easy when you have pushed yourself beyond extreme limits without caring about your health

I can't even express how much Dr.jyoti helped me with my torn ACL. and how grateful I am for her work. I had Back pain and also pain which was going down the leg from left buttock which I thought is sciatica, later found out it was piriformis muscle, got relief from pain in first visit and getting better sitting by sitting, the treatment is still continue as I am having very much Stiffness in muscles, the Dr and team is polite and soft spoken, she listen to you patiently and attends you personally on each visit.
