Dr. Juhi Saxena (Physiotherapist)

a year ago in june 2021 I had to undergo a very massive abdominal full incision surgery. Though the incision healed very well and recovered from the surgery, for some reason the abdomen muscular activity could not come back to its usual pre-surgery levels. So I came to CK Birla to meet my surgeon and he invited the Dr Juhi from the physiotherapy team into the room to examine me. Dr Juhi immediately understood the problem even without feeling my abdomen. She could make out the irregularity of my abdominal muscles from the way my abdomen was rising during my breathing while I was explaining my issue to her. She told my surgeon that it looks like that physio will have a good impact and will bring back the muscular activity to the pre-surgery levels.

She was very confident of the treatment she had in mind and that helped my lift my spirits . I bought a 10 sittings package at a very reasonable sum of Rs.5600 and we began MS current which is a muscle stimulating current. Within the first two sessions itself we could see the improvement in the muscular dip present on the my upper left quadrant of my abdomen. We could see the dip getting reduced and the muscular activity improve. Also I had a huge sense of satisfaction when a lot of my queries relating to my recovery were answered very well by Dr Juhi. I could make out that she comes with many years of experience and more importantly with a good intuitive sense which every doctor irrespective of the field should possess. Dr Juhi was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. I am almost healed now except for a 10% lag which would be taken care of by the body’s self healing action.

I connected with Dr. Juhi when I was suffering from severe pain in my lower back and not able to even move properly. No previous consultation with other doctors had given me any satisfactory results. She had explained my issue and line of treatment and given me emotional support as well.

She is an extremely patient and polite person. After taking 10- 15 sessions I was able to perform my daily activities and it also gave me confidence to get back to my normal life. Apart from just being a doctor she is a gem of a person and I would highly recommend to consult her when you are in any kind of physical pain. All the best. Cheers
