I recently visited Painflame Clinic in Gurgaon and consulted Dr. Harish Grover for my health issues. I was having frequent gas, acidity, stomach pain and also lower back pain, and it was becoming quite uncomfortable in my daily routine.Before visiting the clinic, I was watching a lot of videos and trying to understand if these problems could be managed without depending completely on medicines or surgery. I’m an 18 year old boy and have been struggling with pain and tightness all over my body, in areas including my ankles, knees, glutes, hips, spine, rotator cuffs, neck and shoulders. I have been suffering with lower back pain issues for last 2 years. This pain was radiation to my right buttock area. Residing in USA, i saw Chiropractors, Orthopedics who made me go through X-Ray and MRI and concluded that there was nothing wrong. He gave me confidence that this is something which can be easily treated. I had around 6-8 sessions with Dr. Harish and it was miraculous. The tightness in my leg and buttock subsided and lower back is almost back to normal.

I took treatment almost everywhere but none of them proved to be helpful. All treatments were giving me temporary relief. I suffered typhoid jaundice 3 years ago and my life was miserable since then. After few months rest when I started my job my health started deteriorating. Everyday was painful and every night was a nighmare. I soon developed severe back pain with numbness in my left leg. It was difficult to walk and sleep. As my job involved travel and long sitting it became more severe. I was diagnosed with swelling in L4-L5, slip disk, compression of the back, piriformis syndrome and a bend of backbone on the left side. I quit my job and consulted many doctors with no much success. Even after regular phsiotherapy for 3-4 months condition didn’t improve. The next two years were miserable as well with no to a little bit improvement. He is brilliant doctor. He has a good command over his work. Within first 3 days he corrected my lower spine. After 3 years I can walk properly. Now i can feel my leg and it is getting stronger day by day. He corrected the bend on the left in the next few sessions. Over the past two years I developed a compensatory backbone bend on the right on the upper back and problem with the C4-C7 in the neck. He even treated them with so ease that it doesn’t bother me anymore. He has given a new hope to me and I really feel indebted to him.
