It was amazing. I was diagnosed with grade 4 in my left knee and doctor advised to go for operation. I got connected with Dr Deep Arya and when he met me first he mentioned that you don't need to do anything now. Do physiotherapy and excersize and take proper care and than we will see the next course of action
