Ms. Anushree Gupta

Anushree is a counselling psychologist specialising in depression and anxiety. With a double master's degree, including an MSc in Affective Disorders from King's College London, Anushree brings a wealth of academic and clinical expertise to her practice. She works with individuals aged 18-55, addressing issues such as interpersonal relationship conflicts, body image concerns, grief, stress, and personal development.With over six years of experience, including work with the NHS in London, Anushree offers a compassionate approach. She integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and elements of Psychodynamic Therapy into her practice. Using a queer-affirmative and trauma-sensitive lens, she creates a safe, inclusive space for clients from diverse backgrounds.Anushree’s approach focuses on holistic well-being, understanding the connection between mind and body.
