Mr. Manmeet Singh is the one of the most experienced optometrists in Gurgaon, he has more than 13 years of experience in the optometry practice. He is presently working with Artemis Hospitals as the senior optometrist and acting controller optometry. He starts his career with world-renowned Dr. Ajay Sharma (Director –Eye Q Hospitals, Gurgaon) during his tenure at Eye –q Hospital he has done many LASIK evaluations and contact lenses fitting. He is the only optometrist in Gurgaon to start rose k lenses for treatment of keratoconus and vision therapy exercises for the treatment of amblyopia and muscles weakness. This guy Manmeet Singh is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. I visited his store Hardev opticals at Good earth mall yesterday for an eye checkup and placed an order for eye glasses. Soon after I visited Ophthalmologist and he suggested me to follow some medications and eye exercises for the time being. When I asked Manmeet for the refund just the next morning, he said it’s not possible as the order has been forwarded despite of previously stated that the glass would only be available by eod or tomorrow only. ** ** **** ** *********** *** asking me to get it in written from the ophthalmologist that I don’t need glasses!!He states he has no refund policy and I’ve attached screenshot of his store's policies, **** ** ******* **** *** *** ***** ******* **** **** ** ******* ** **** ***** *** ********* ** ***** ** *********** ***** *** **** ** ************** ******
