I visited the doctor for removal of abscess in a sebaceous gland cyst. The experience was very soothing right from the start. He explained everything about the surgery in detail before expertly performing it. There was a lot of transparency and frankness in his treatment. I used to visit the clinic very often post surgery for dressing changes. Dr Gaurav Bansal patiently answered my numerous queries day after day.
