Mindset issue, hope will understand one day. His family wrote derogatory feedback on Google profile. Unfortunate on our part is that inspite of investing so much time and giving prompt services, the patient and family are dissatisfied on petty concerns and using words like loot macha rakhi hai and what not!! Father,who was never here, should visit in person in case he want to have true picture. If one has financial constraints, discount is proposed as request and not forced as right, even if one owns medical shop in other State or a City. I had shared many instances to Parul but he seems in revenge mode regarding everything now, let him share name and the prescription of of the Gastroenterogist, we will consider refund of fees, too.
