Unfortunate on our part is that inspite of investing so much time and giving prompt services, the patient and family are dissatisfied on petty concerns and using words like loot macha rakhi hai and what not!! Father,who was never here, should visit in person in case he want to have true picture. If one has financial constraints, discount is proposed as request and not forced as right, even if one owns medical shop in other State or a City. I came here from Punjab to visit my son and after I came here I fell ill and after blood test I found out that I have typhoid then I got him treated for typhoid I could not walk properly even then he sent his staff to my house for 5 days morning and evening to give me injections. His staff is also very good they used to come and give me injections every day on time and his staff is also very good like the doctor. I am feeling very healthy and good now. Just via a video consultation initially and looking at the patient on VC, he was able to pin point the chances of dengue and suggested the appropriate tests.

And the tests where as he expected.

From there on the medicines and observations and his treatment was bang on and we didn't have to think twice or fear on the situation.

Though I was a bit worried initially as the 2 reports showed degradation in the health via the reports, but the doctor was is so experienced and patient and calm with this expertise that he walked me through and made sure I understand everything and be assured on what's ongoing.
