The doctor was highly professional. He diagnosed the problem quite accurately and luckily i went to him on time so the treatment went well. The consultation he provided me top notch. He was friendly and seems to be a nice person. As a doctor he was amazing again, the medicine help provided by him, the staff which the hospital has, the ********* *** experience doctor brings all of it was amazing. Just one thing, I felt was that I want to know the cause more than just medicine, i want to know why this or that has happened this helps me to know the disease and i take measures accordingly. Again this is my personal opinion, other than this everything was good. Today, I took my mother to Dr. As she was facing basic cold from yesterday.

Doctor let us wait for more than 1 hr outside.

When we went inside to his chamber, my mother told him that she is having cold and feeling little feverish since morning.

He didn’t ask any follow up question and said you have Dengue* *** ** ****** **** *** ********

My mother said first you please give me medicine for day or two then if it continues we will get the dengue test done.

I am sorry that the visit did not meet your expectations. However, several statements in this review are factually incorrect, and I feel it is important to place the actual sequence of events on record. Your claim that you were made to wait for “more than 1 hour” is incorrect. Our clinic has CCTV/video records that can establish the actual waiting period. You and your family were informed about the waiting time immediately on arrival. Despite the waiting patients ahead, you were accommodated earlier than your normal turn as a courtesy, specifically to compensate for the waiting time. During the consultation, your mother reported a recent onset of cold and mild fever. A clinical possibility of dengue was discussed and testing was advised as a precaution. In such a situation, it is neither appropriate nor medically responsible to simply prescribe medicines without considering the possibility of dengue and the need for appropriate testing and monitoring. When I advised continuing the medication already being taken and explained the need for observation/testing if symptoms persisted, your mother suddenly got up from the consultation chair and started leaving. The situation then escalated at the reception, including a dispute regarding payment of the consultation fee. The consultation had already been provided, and the consultation fee was therefore legitimately payable. Creating a disturbance at reception and leaving without settling the fee was completely unexpected and inappropriate. It is particularly unfortunate that instead of discussing any concern calmly with the doctor, the incident was followed by a review containing personal remarks such as “not a good practitioner” and allegations regarding my professional credentials. My qualifications are displayed openly and transparently, and there is absolutely no attempt to “disguise” or misrepresent my credentials. Patients are always welcome to ask questions, disagree with a medical opinion, or seek a second opinion. What is not acceptable is misrepresenting facts, making personal allegations, or creating an unpleasant situation for clinic staff and other waiting patients. We respect every patient and their family, and we expect the same basic courtesy and respect in return. Our clinic records, including the waiting-time and reception events, are available to establish the facts if required. I sincerely wish your mother good health and recovery. However, I would request that future reviews remain factual, fair and respectful rather than being based on an unfortunate confrontation during the visit.
