At first he took all my eye tests, dry eye tests months back. Then he make me understand all 3x3 unique techniques/procedures.

I went for the procedure Dr.Vishal suggested best for me.

He operated me on a Sunday on my request and made available all arrangements. All three OT staff were friendly and efficient in their work. I felt as if an artist on work.

His team members at clinic, Mr.Sanjay, Mr.Pradeep and Ms.Somya are humble, soft, talks sweetly and, are quick in their respective jobs.

I can only say when you luckily meet doctors like him, your belief in humanity restores. Being a good doctor along with qualities that make him a “human” with extreme moral values is a combination rare to find these days. He is so humble, so down to earth, so caring, so patient and just everything which every other doctor must be. Money matters to him least and all he cares about is well being of patient and feeds you with genuine advice and suggestion. My experience was absolutely delightful. He took care of my mother’s(Age-75) Cataract Surgery for both of her eyes and the surgeries went super smooth. Everyone in my family was praising the doctor’s expertise and moral qualities. So I will highly and highly recommend Dr Vishal for anyone who has got just any sort of eye problem. You just need to visit him and blindly leave everything on him. I did not have a very pleasant experience with this doctor. Here at AroHealth, the first follow-up check up is also chargeable. This should not be the case, as after taking the prescribed medication if the patient is visiting for the first time, he/she shouldn't be charged, which is also the practice with other doctors around. If the patient is going for a follow-up checkup for some other reason then new charges are justified but charging new appointment fees when he/she is visiting to check with the doctor if the previous ailment/disease for which he/she had been advised a medication is cured or not, isn't right. I hope this point would be taken into due consideration.

We met Dr Vishal Arora for the cataract surgery of my mother. He was kind enough to explain us the entire procedure and also answer all our queries. He did surgery for both the eyes and went an extra mile to ensure that my mother was comfortable throughout the surgery. He took care of my mother with all the care and compassion which we expect from a good doctor. Very good Doctor, listens your problems, symptoms and explained about the cause n precautions to be taken in detail. Prescribe treatment only relevant to the problem.

I visited him with complain about severe headache at right side. It was diagnosed as problem of digital eye strain and needed life style changes n precautions while working on digital devices.
