I have been consulting Dr. Vijay Verma for the past 4 years as our go-to ENT specialist. During my recent visit, the clinic was well managed, and the doctor was great as always, providing proper explanations and being very approachable.

My brother went to 3 senses ENT & Dental clinic in sector 31, Gurgaon for removal of a cyst on the inner side of his lower lip. There he met Dr. Vijay verma and Dr. Vineet. The cyst was very small and was not visible from outside. He had read good reviews about the soft spoken and humble nature of Dr. Vijay verma online, that's why he chose this clinic.
Dr. Vijay verma who is actually a soft spoken person, ********* ** ******* ** *** *** **** ******* *** told my brother that it will heal in 4-7 days and that cyst removal is a very minor surgery, it will not leave any scar and its safe. As people are conscious about their looks, so my brother asked these 2 doctors at least 5 times to confirm that this surgery will not leave any scar and Dr Vijay verma confirmed every time. Surgery was done and one part of my brother's lip got swollen after the stitches, but the doctor said it will heal in 7 days.
After 7 days there wasn't any difference and the lip was swollen and was looking bad. So, we visited again. This time the doctor said that it will take some more days to heal. Then we visited after almost one month. The lower lip's swollen portion did not show any improvement. After contacting Dr. Vijay Verma again, we were shocked to see that he was so calm and had no sign of any remorse. He gave us some balloon theory and said that he will operate again. This time we got conscious and we refused to get operated by him.
My brother and me then consulted many big hospitals in NCR and we visited some 4-5 senior ENT doctors and plastic surgeons. After looking at the swollen part of the lip, all the senior doctors inquired us that who is the doctor who has done this kind of bad surgery. All of them clearly told us not to go to Dr. Vijay verma again and that only a plastic surgeon can correct it and told us to wait for atleast 6 months for the stitches to heal.
This has given a lot of pain to my brother. I request Dr. Vijay Verma to clearly tell his patients* ** ** **** *** **** ********* ** *** ********** ***** *** *** ** **** **** ***** ********* He might be a good doctor for ears, nose etc* *** ** ** *** *** **** **** ** *** ** ** * **** ******* ******* **** he should have warned us or should have recommended us some other doctors. There are many doctors who recommend other doctors.
I also request the patients reading this review, not to get misguided by the soft spoken behavior of Dr. Vijay Verma and Dr. Vineet, as we did, and to always consult at least 2-3 doctors before going through a surgery.
I have no intention of spoiling the doctor's image. But, because we chose a wrong doctor after reading some nice reviews online about him, so it is my duty to warn others not to get misguided.
Dr. Vijay Verma is soft spoken and provides a very good diagnosis.

I am taking yeh recommended dosage suggested by doctor my throat feels much better but I have severe cold now not sure if it's a side effect of the medicine and nausea with headache
Dr. Vijay Verma listened carefully to my concerns and took the time to understand my problem. The clinic was well-organized, the attendants were polite, and everything was proper.
