My mother goes with my father to visit this doctor - because my mother is the only member in the family who observes him closely, with regards to his mental condition. Recently, after having a conversation with the doctor, my mother asked him about a specific medicine and its side effects on my dad. We consulted Dr Gupta with a lot of hope, but unfortunately the prescribed medication did not suit the patient *** ******* ******** *** ******** ************** What was even more disappointing was the ******** **** ** ********* *** follow-up support.
Over the course of just 2 days, we contacted the clinic team, call centre, PA, and support staff more than 40 times through calls, WhatsApp messages, and texts. Every single time we were promised that “the doctor will call back in 15 minutes,” yet no proper response or medical guidance was ever provided.
