I consulted Dr. Tanu because I was facing excessive anxiety and repeated negative thoughts along with a few episodes of panic attacks. The panic attacks manifested as physical symptoms such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, diarrhoea, dizziness. It had become impossible to function without help.
