This is the first hospital (EyeQ) which felt like a happy place. Timely information, no stress towards patient and felt as if whole process was automated, patient appointment to tests to medication to surgery. I have visited five times in last two months and the experience did not change even once. Let it be efficient handling of insurance by Tamanna, two great receptionist who keep pinging you for next Course of action and not to forget Dr Suwarn Chetan who treats you like family. Dr has a very distinct style which will please diverse patient requirement with making you comfortable and then deliver clear communication for you to act. Have never seen a hospital focused on patient needs with clarity, it is a single functioning unit revolving around patient as prime focus.

3) They kept the registration form and our details with them, even though we didn't go for the checkup.
