I have consulted him multiple times for serious issues for the family and friends like brain tumours, seizures etc and his prognosis has always been accurate! He is to the point and focused on the patient’s long term recovery and health. He is an authority on all matters related to the brain and neurology.

The Doctor was friendly at first *** *** *** **** ** **** * ****** ********* ** *** ******* ** he just stated that there is no problem and I am just making it a problem.

It was totally not satisfactory ** *** **** ** ********** **** *** ******* **** *** **** ** ** ****** *** I had already ignored it for 8 months until I felt to visit him for advise and he says to ignore it forever ***** ** *** *** ** *** ******** **** *** **** ** ** * ******** ******** ** *** **** ** ***** ** *** *** **** ** **** ******* **** *** *** ** ***** ** * ******* *** ******* ** *******

He needs to understand that patients are not garbage and that basic civility demands courtesy. We left his chamber feeling stressed miserable and insulted. *** *** ********** ***** *** ** ****** **** ******

If you have ample of time then visit Dr. Sumit. I visited him for my mother stroke issue. It took arnd 1 month to get final consultancy from him, he will write you number of investigation. ********* *** ********* I wud say but he dont have patience to listen to his patients, he is vry much into himself & expects you to listen to him everytym u visit. As a patient I believe we are paying consultancy so that our treating doc must listen to our problem first then come up with diagnosis n advise.

I visited the doctor for my father and the waiting time was 4 hours, also the person responsible for managing his appointment was so ************** *** rude. My father was in a wheelchair and when the doctor looked at him, he was not so interested to understand the problem just only pushing us to admit the patient for 2-3 days.Also after payment of 1600 rupees to dr, he does not even touch the patient or either their supporting staff took a basic BP, pulse kind of check. This is the second indent in Artemis where dr was only seeking diagnostic tests and admit the patient in normal circumstances and to make 70-80k amounts in a day.

My mom had body tremor issue due to old age. We went to this Doctor thinking he is the senior most in Artemis, but the way he used to talk to us was like he was not giving much importance to us. He didnt gave much time to the patient and also most of the times he gets busy in his phone.

We had consulted this doctor for 3-4 times.

Also he suggested gamma knife radio surgery, ***** *** * **** ** * **** *****

So from myside, I am not satisfied with Dr.Sumit Singh-Artemis Hospital

Am not doubting his professional expertise. But he's an extremely rude and an arrogant person. I have switched to another doctor, ***** *** ****** *** ** **** *********

Doctor listens to patient problem in details calmly. Then ask certain array of questions to understand the nature of problem. He is experienced and explains issues very well. Starts the treatment step by step.

Not worthy of the time and money. always in hurry to c maximum patients in minimum time. not recommended
