Simran has helped me gain clarity, understand myself better, and work toward becoming the best version of myself. Her guidance and support has made a huge positive impact on my personal growth and well-being. I’m deeply grateful for having her as my therapist.
I was going through a bad phase where o was emotionally just drowning because of which I couldn’t focus on my work. Simran helped me in getting back on track. I also wanted to know the reason why is it happening so that I can be more sure of things and she helped me in knowing about that as well. Now I’m focused on my work and regulating my emotions with small excercises she asked me to do. It’s really helpful
Simran is really kind and compassionate. She is never in a hurry to give ‘Gyaan’ like a lot of counsellors do. She gives me time to feel and feel everything. She doesn’t ridicule or trivialise any of my experiences.
I reached out to her during a very tough phase of my life and I can say with gratitude that I am feeling and doing much better!

Despite everything happening in my life, I continued once she resumed practice because I trusted her. The following week's session, which I'd gathered courage to attend to conclude things properly, was cancelled at short notice for 'urgent travel' and never rescheduled. I had to request a new date myself. In our final session, I tried to understand why termination came so suddenly after months of sessions and a recent prepayment. I was told things had simply changed after my break. **** * ***** *** * ****** **** ******* ***** *** ************ *** **** *** ****** ***** *** ***** ***** *** **** *** ****** **** *** ******** ***** ** **** ********** ** ******* ** *** *** *** *** **** ** ** *** ******** **** ******** ******** ** *** *** ** *** ** **** ******* ******* **** ***** ********* *** ** ********** ** **** **** ***** *** **** ** *** ***** ********** ***** ** *** ***** ******* * *** **** ****** ***** **** ** ******* *** ****** Only near the end, after I asked what I was supposed to do, she mentioned she could help me find another therapist. There was no clear explanation. Afterward, I requested my records. The notes describe 'active support' and an 'ongoing, collaborative' process but several statements didn't align with my recollection, including that she'd withheld her own job transition from me at the time it happened. I sent a detailed, respectful email laying out the chronology and specific questions about the documents, consent process, and termination. She replied nearly three weeks later, stating the documents were meant for another professional in clinical terms, and offering referrals she had no direct association with. *** ***** ****** ****** **** * ****** ******** * ******* *** closed by stating it would be her final communication.
