Good session. But the records were never emailed or added to Practo. Not even the prescription.Also the fee on Practo was Rs. 1000 but I was charged Rs. 1500.
She is not polite and lack tact... She didn't listen to the problems patiently and was in a hurry to jump to conclusions..* * ****** *** * ****** *** ** *********** *** **** ****** ****** ** * ****** *** ** **** ***** In 15 minutes, she interrupted and said you time is up and I have another patient...!!

I don't have an issue with the doctor. I booked an appointment and reached the hospital, 10 minutes before the session they informed she is not available. such a bad and mentally draining experience. no coordination between app and w prateeksha hospital.
