Before I had been to Ahamyo I was in no condition to walk straight. I used to wobble while walking when I went to ortho he said I have osteo arthritis in both my knee and need surgery .At my age surgery would be risky for me definitely so I went for 2nd opinion as my kids suggested for Ahamyo.Really they saved my life in a way. Within 15 sessions I felt difference in my wobbling which they say gait. I have much more strength now and my knees do not pain on regular basis. I now walk ro market independently and have also joined their senior care program MOTIVAGE which has boosted my mind and memory also. Great full to the team ahamyo . I also have taken Bach Flower Therapy from her for my sleeplessness issues and within 3-4 days I started sleeping well. God bless her and her team

I had a fall from stairs and shoulder fracture. I could not go for surgery due to my heart condition. Hence I took physiotherapy for rehabilitation of condition. The assessment was really well and I got to know many new things related to my injury which I had to take care of for quick recovery. The treatment was well explained and executed daily with a lot of hard work and focus on manual exercises. Now I am much better and after 2 weeks of treatment back to doing daily work. Will really recommend them to all for physiotherapy in gurgaon

Considering this was my first experience towards Physiotherapy, and the sessions were quite friendly and professional.

I had stressed ligament around right wrist. Primarily caused by long work hours on laptop. I was unable to lift anything with my right hand. I have gone through couple of sessions and followed the exercises prescribed be Dr. Shivani which proved extremely beneficial. This helped in reliving pain and I am able to get back to my normal rhythm. Thanks Dr. Shivani for valuable guidance and care.
