First and foremost a Big Thank you to Dr. Shilpi Gupta.

It was a very nice experience and the best treatment satisfaction. I was on a short trip to India and looking for the dentist to ensure my proper treatment on time. I was fortunate to visit the Dr. Shilpi's Clinic. She just not clearly explained my tooth condition but also suggested the best approach considering my travel schedule, it includes - diagnosis, nature, risks & seriousness of the treatment and other treatment options. She explained so well, it just took few mins for me to decide for the treatment at her clinic.

I had few visits to her clinic as scheduled, I was very happy with the progress and relief. I got my RCT on time. As a next steps, Dr. suggested to wait for few months before I go for Crown treatment.

Later when I arrived back to Montreal(Canada), visited the dentist for dental check -up and crown. The dentist was very impressed with the work done in India. After taking X-Rays, he observed the perfect treatment and absolute recovery. He appreciated her work and literally said 'It is EXCELLENT' for the Re-do RCT done by Dr. Shilpi.

Just to mention the same Dentist (in Montreal) earlier (before the re-do RCT) had denied for the Crown. But this time, he immediately said a big 'yes' for the crown. Once again I felt happy and proud for the treatment and services of Dr. Madam.

I really appreciate and strongly recommend Dr. Shilpi Gupta.

I totally recommend Dr. Shilpi for Root canal treatment(RCT) as I have been one of her patients for the following reason.

1) Because of her Treatment that I received(Dec 2015).

If you are one of those who went through RCT would know that that how hard it is. In my case things got extremely complicated as my RCT was already opened once ,it was a reopening of a already reopened RCT , and the chances were very slim( around 20%) ,but her dexterous hands did the magic.

2) Explanation of each and every step of the treatment.

I am one of those guys who like to google and to question the doctor ,and she convinced me quite well. She always explained the next step and then proceeded.

3)Friendliness

During any treatment you can get nervous ,and you might find the need of a friend,and there's our doctor for the rescue . Visit to the dentist seem liked visit to a friend for some work.

4) Follow Up

My treatment was done in 2015 but still I get messages in about 6 months about how I am doing ,how is the RCT holding up .

I did not find the communication clear during my visit with Dr. Shilpi Gupta, and the treatment options seemed very pricey ******** ** ***** ******.

I visited her to consult my mothers tooth ache. Prognosis was the the tooth needed to be extracted. We were suggested that a consulting dentist from AIIMs will be visiting and would be be better qualified for the job. We accepted the suggestion and came to see the the dentist today, 19.8.20. He didn't bother asking for the problem or any symptoms and straightaway went to give an anaesthetic. Since my mother had a tooth extracted 2 weeks back from a different doctor, we didnt think much of it. However after 2 mins of administration of the I.jection, my mother couldn't speak, or move, she was feeling uneasy, dizziness, and weakness. While she was in this state and I was totally narrowed, the dentist was humming a song. After around 20mins I took my mum back home *** ***** *** ** **** **** ** ****** **** *** **** ******* ** ** ******** ******* ** ********* ********* **** *** ******** * ********** ********* *** ****** ** ******* **********, he was treating a 63 yr old woman complaining of so many problems after administering anaesthesia **** ******** ******** While I was horrified my first reaction was to.ensure that my mother is safe and only later did the anger boil up. To which Dr Shilpi was totally casual. NOT going back there again.

Dental Crown Placement

I needed a crown placed on one of my teeth, and Dr. Shilpi Gupta did an outstanding job. From the initial consultation to the final crown placement, everything went smoothly.
