Rude behavior..do not recommend at all!

I visited Dr. Shailesh Sahay on Tuesday 23rd july 19 at Max hospital gurgaon for low grade persistent fever.. he advised calpol on sos for fever..amongst other medicines. Today after 3 days (26th July 19) I called him to ask how many times sos should i take the medicine as the fever never went down at all. To my utter surprise **** ** ****** ****** doctor was rude and abusive over the phone and said "agar consult karna hai hospital aajao..main koi computer nahi hoon jo sabki patient info yaad rakhunga"..where in all i wanted was to seek clarification

So ...he wants me to spend rs 1000 for consulting..and another 1000 just to seek a clarification when the patient has doubts...also max seems to have no other doctor who could come on phone**** **** * ***** ***** **** ** ** * **** ***** ** ***** ******* ***** Pathetic!

I do not recommend. I gave my blood and urine samples on 20th Sept for anaemia test and urine routine and culture tests. While the blood and routine urine reports came on time, they completely forgot to do the culture tests and after repeated follow up and a demand for refund, they tell me on 28th that the culture tests were not even conducted. It is disappointing that they charge you promptly and the service is so sub-standard ! Never going here again

I set up the appointment with the doctor for 30th August at 10.15 am through Practo, reached in time, but the doctor was not there. Called the doctor twice who did not pick up. An office boy there told me that the doctor is not coming - said it as a matter of fact with no apologies. I sent an sms to doctor also, but no response. Absolutely no respect for other people's time :-(

Today my daughter was I’ll with 103.5 fever and he gave instant advice.

Highly highly recommended.

Doctor has saved my husband’s life as he was severely affected by Covid infection . Iam very very grateful to Doctor as he talks less but gives very good medication and treatment . He listens well and is a good motivator . One of most experienced and great doctors in these tough times .

Doctor is very polite and gives time to explain our problems.

He identifies the patient in the next visit and he can recall all the previous discussion even without checking the prescription .

He is not at all money minded Doctor .

He *** **** ********* *** refers to good doctors if required . Most importantly he is on time always and responds to call

It was very nice. Doctor Sahay with lots of patience heard my problem, saw my blood reports and finally recommended good healthy diet , gave iron, calcium and Viramin D tablets since it was less.A very good doctor whose medicines acts like a magic for patients.
