Ms. Ritu Mudgal

She was very patient in listening the issues. I haven't seen a doctor this patient to understand what patient actually wants and trying to help in a way that is comfortable for the patient. She is very skilled in her work and yet always open to new perspectives

Meeting Ritu Mudgal helped me to identify the core issues, she was able to meticulously identify the pattern of my mind in first observation, then in second session she was able ask me those right questions which helped me figure out problem area running in my mind in a loop subconsciously. After these two sessions things were lot easier for me, which brought a lot of clarity in my mind and I believe I got to understand the key things I need to remember to help myself whenever there's a situation.

It was my first time seeking for counseling and it was great. The thing I like most about Miss. Ritu is that she finds lots of innovative methods to address one's issue. She has a pandora box for ideas. Simplifying the complex theoretical text with most relevant Analogy. I had codependency issue and she kept perfect balance between counselor and supporter. It was never about one hour only. She was available most of the time through text and call. And whenever she finds relevant material, she just share it. She is extremely non judgmental person and open minded to lot of things. Sometimes one might feel like they were doing wrong based on the moral values set by society but she will make you realize that it's extremely normal. She is very patient person. Lot of times I lashed on her but she stayed by my side. She also scolded (sarcastically) me or disagreed with me when she should and that made me respect her more. Prior to counseling I was afraid that my decision making ability would be challenged as they will direct me to do things. But when I started counseling with her the baton of decision making was always in my hand. She always ask solution of a problem and when I am not able to give appropriate solution then only she suggests it. She is like a wisp in a dark scary night. To give you company that you are not alone in this and guide you out of this abyss.
