Riti's diets are easy to follow as she prescribes daily, regular food which you eat. No fancy 'diet' food is prescribed. Her focus is on wholesome nutrition and not Calorie count. She measures the internal bodily parameters to see how the diet is working internally.
I don't feel hungry while I am on her diet, though I am eating almost half of what I am used to. She is always available on phone to answer your queries. And advices you to eat healthy, even when you are dining out.

It has only been 1.5 months since I first consulted Ms. Riti for Diet & Nutrition.
I am preparing for a Marathon and wanted to ensure my body composition is right to perform. She prepared a plan which was practical and included food which is part of my normal day-to-day eating habits. Moreover, she kept giving tips anytime I had to travel or was not able to follow the recommended diet pattern.
I must say the results have been amazing for me. First, I do not feel I am on a diet thus making the regime much more sustainable. I lost almost 7.5 Kgs which is primarily out of fat whereas I gained muscle mass. Both of these factors are important for the endurance I need for running.
