My son’s eardrum was ruptured a few weeks ago when a football hit him on the ear. The voices became diminished and only loud noises reached his ear. Without a second thought, I booked an appointment with Dr. Richa Mina. After doing some check-ups of my son, the doctor advised for tympanoplasty as soon as possible. Later that day, I received a call regarding the time slots available for the surgery. On the day of surgery, a cab came to pick us up. The surgery went great. The doctor advised some precautions. My son was provided some fruits which were in my opinion,a bit rotten. After some time, a cab came to pick up and dropped us home. overall, it was a goo experience except for the fruits.

The problem of tonsillitis had made my life miserable for years now. I used to catch the problem every time I had cold water ot stayed out in the cold. For years I had trouble eating. No doctor could solve the problem. Then a family friend suggested that I check out with Dr. Richa Mina. She said that my condition got severe and medicines won't do good in my case. She prescribed me tonsillectomy and assured that I don't have to worry about the surgery. The process was painless and I was given a diet chart. I finally feel better now and can eat without trouble.

I was fearing bleeding or any other complications after the surgery. But, thankful there were no such issues. I am grateful to Pristyn care for such a fine treatment.

I visited her clinic in Gurgaon, after talking to him for a while and some check-ups she advised us to have a tympanoplasty as soon as possible.

Overall a great experience, except for the fruits.

I had visited the doc for treatment of nose allergy. She inspected my nose and throat and immediately identified the issue. She then saw my previous consultations with OPD doctors to see which meds I've been taking and asked me which meds worked for me. Then she prescribed three appropriate meds for me and the visit was over according to her. I was curious to know the reason for allergy, which she said it could be anything. Then I asked which medicine was for which purpose. She was not able to explain one of the three meds she prescribed.However, the result of treatment is good. These meds are working for me and currently I'm taking these for third week now. Hope the issue gets completely resolved soon!

The doctor is very attentive and explains the problems in detail. There was no rush.
