Dr. Rakhi has a vast experience of 14 years in the field of dentistry. She completed her BDS from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal, Karnataka, in 2010 and was awarded the Best Outgoing student award for excelling in all of the clinical and theoretical subjects. Therafter she extensively trained in Prosthodontics, Crowns bridges and Implants( MDS Prosthodontics) from Dayananda Sagar College of Dental Sciences, Bangalore. During these 3 years she did research on Temporo-Mandibular Disorders, published several articles and won various accolades for presentations at International and National Conferences. Dr. Rakhi has worked in Hyderabad for few years as a Consultant Prosthodontist at FMS Dental hospital and as an Assistant Professor in Dept. of Prosthodontics in Sri Sai College of Dental Surgery. In 2017, she moved to United States and continued volunteering and working for several Government Dental camps and dental clinics. She has been trained with the senior US based mentor Dr Stevenson for Esthetic Restorative & Veneers procedures and her acceptance into the University of Southern California Program for International dentists, is a testament to her extensive clinical skills. On the day of extraction, I arrived at the clinic sweating profusely with anxiety. The surgeon, Dr. Mahajan, was already prepared, but he didn’t rush into the procedure. Instead, he took the time to explain every step and reassure me that the process would be painless.
Once the anesthesia was administered, I had a panic attack. But instead of dismissing my fear, Dr. Mahajan and Dr. Rakhi paused everything to help me calm down. After a few minutes, I composed myself, closed my eyes, and before I even realized it—the procedure was over.
Three wisdom teeth were removed, one requiring sutures, and I felt absolutely no pain during the process. Dr. Rakhi remained present throughout, ensuring I was comfortable.

Suture Removal & Final Impressions
A week later, I returned for suture removal, which was done quickly and painlessly. Even now, days later, I have had no swelling, no pain, and absolutely no discomfort. I will be returning in 20 days for a final check-up—an appointment I wouldn’t dream of missing.

I visited Dr Rakhi M. Diwan for a toothache issue. After thorough examination, she explained the issue in detail and recommended RCT and cap fixing. Since I was already very much satisfied with the treatment given by her earlier to my wife, I immediately concurred with her opinion. I am very happy and satisfied with the experience I had at Dr Rakhi’s clinic at Palm Dental. I showed Dr Rakhi for setting my teeth and took advise for putting braces. Doctor guided me very well and discussed all the pros and cons of braces which helped me take the right decision. I now have my braces and all throughout, she has been very supportive and has addressed all my queries patiently. Dr. Rakhi saved my tooth from RCT to filling. I had severe pain in my molars .. two doctors in gurgaon advised RCT to filling I had a chance to visit Palms dental care near my office as recommended by one of my colleague. she wanted to change to take a chance of some treatment with filling and not doing RCT at that stage. Luckily it worked and dnt have any issue till date, it been more than 2 months. Thankyou Doctor ! Dr Rakhi is really patience in listening to queries and explains everything that is required. After her way of attending I have now started taking 4.5 yr old son also to her for his basic oral health checkup and he does not have the fear of the tools or the big chair.
