visited the doctor just to help me regulate my sleep cycles, early to bed and early to rise. this was also wrt my one exam approaching which was scheduled for morning. please note that I never had any problem sleeping esp afternoon I used to sleep very very easily and heavily. doctor said that it needs to be corrected complete and I need some extra treatment. he advised to take meds regularly without any fail. I asked if he can prescribe some sleep pills safely but he didn't as they are habit forming.
