Dr. Rachana Gaddipati explained the problem very well and seemed to understand the patient instinctively. The staff was okay, and the clinic had the latest camera facility.

I visited for throat pain and pain for swallowing. Doctor was friendly and explained well and also suggested dietary advise

I found Dr. Rachana Gaddipati very professional *** *************. She clearly explained my nasal blockage and ear problem and provided a prescription. The consultation felt good and the overall experience was smooth with no wait time.

Dr. Rachana Gaddipati is a very patient listener who understands the patient's problems well and has a great attitude. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Firstly, I had to make 2 video calls and 1 audio call to get the consultation done and there was no communication from her team or from Clinic, that he is running late. Once, she came on the call she started making me panic that you have got severe ear infection and you need to get admitted to the hospital. I informed her that I am type 1 Diabetic. After knowing this, she started making me more nervous that you need to get a surgery done immediately and post that you have come daily for a week to get the dressing done. Also, she suggested me steroids and so many other steroids and apply local heat.

She also informed that if you don't get the surgery done, you will have a deformed ear through out your life which will not look good at such a young age.

I decided not to go for the surgery and just applied the local heat due to which abscess was formed .

Dr. Rachana Gaddipati was good at diagnosis, professional, and to the point. I felt the consultation was worth the cost and would rate my overall satisfaction as 4 out of 5.

She is just awsome! I was totaly worried and confused. The pus was coming out from my ear continuesly and the pain was unbearable. She patiently examined everything and prescribed me midcations. It has been almost 4days and now its almost recovered. Thank you Doctor.

She listened to my issue very patiently and then explained me the cause and the course of treatment properly.Her approach and the way she deals with the patient deserves appreciation. She is an ideal Dr who care her patients, due yo lockdown dr clunic was closed, i called her and hse have goven all the information and suggested a medicine on phone which helps.
