Visited for Sleep Apnea & Tonsillitis

This is my 1st ever review on any public forum for any kind of service . I am expressing my testimony here , only owing to the great satisfaction & help that was provided to overcome my Sleep Apnea problem .

With almost 17 years of experience in the field ,

Dr Priyanjana is just brilliant !

Just look no where else & head straight to her.

I was suffering from Sleep Apnea for the past 3 years , multiplied with vertigo & chronic fatigue issues due to ear & nasal blockage

She not only diagnosed my issue properly , but also informed me that I was suffering nasal blockage which was hampering my proper breathing .

She explained my issue along with its implications properly .

I was suggested to undergo 3 surgeries; Septoplasty , Turbinoplasty & Tonsillectomy at the same time .

She explained all the nitigrities over personal meet & she also shared her whatsapp no , for you to reach out to her in case of any need or query .

It was only due to her guidance & assurance , I underwent these surgeries all by myself living without to overlook just before the covid 2nd wave outburst.

I've been consulting Dr. Priyanjana Acharyya for over a year for chronic sinus issues and hypersensitive throat. She is patient, attentive, and thorough, always choosing minimal and effective treatments ******* *********** *****. Her warmth and empathy make you feel truly cared for, leaving me both physically better and emotionally at ease.

I had visited Dr. priyanjana for pain and blockage in right ear. She started with asking me to tell about the problem i am facing and quickly she identified the issue and what i had done wrong with my ear using earbud. Also , while operating she was taking care of if i am feeling any pain or not . I am very feeling better even in an hour. Hope things will improve. I like doctor behaviour but the main guy at the entraced talked me rudely while checking temperature and writing entry names at main entrace of the clinic.

Eardrum in my right ear was raptured from long time and apart from hearing loss, I was also kept bugging from some strange sound in ear. After going through some recommendation, I decided to consult Dr. Priyanjana Acharya, I found her very friendly and treating patients like a family member, she explained every bit in details and helped me to gain the confidence that the hearing loss can be recovered if I go through a surgical process. After meeting with her, I have no doubts about the outcome of the surgery, planned a surgery in April at Apolo Credle Hospital, Sector 14, Gurgaon and it went successful. I am gaining my hearing loss back. It was really a great experience while getting the treatment from her. I never felt that I am consulting with a doctor, it was always liking consulting a family member or friend. I would strongly recommend her for ENT related health issues.

My 2 year old Daughter incidentally inserted a Bindi in her nose and we were like freeze that time, We tried searching many ENT specialist in Gurgaon but since it was festival dusherra that day most of the doctor was off duty. We got to know about doctor Priyanjana through some google research and it was our luck. Within an hour we reached to GNH Hospital and doctor handled our case with utmost sincerety, she is so calm and confident that gives a relax. A nasal endoscopy was carried out and in the end all went well.

It again happened with a dried grape but she handled again with no problem, We recommend Dr. Priyanjana for any ENT related problem in gurgaon.

The doctor's assistant doesnt deserve to be there. Either she should change the assistant- mr. anurag or I would advice no one to visit. The doctor doesnt talk to u or answer any question without her assistant information. Really dissappointed.

I visited 3-4 times to the hospital, and doctor advised me to get a sleep study done. For that, I contacted her 3-4 times for some questions related to it but her assistant is not professional. None of my questions were answered. Wasnt even able to talk to doctor even once. False commitments made.
