Dr. Parul Sony, is a senior eye consultant, trained at the prestigious all India institute of medical sciences (AIIMS). Further, she worked at AIIMS, for nearly ten years as the senior resident and then as a senior research associate gaining valuable experience in diagnosis, treatment, research, and teaching. In part, she has been a consultant at venue eye institute and research center, Delhi. She has experience of getting trained abroad as fellow at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in United States of America, she is also a fellow of Royal College of Surgeons UKShe has numerous international publications to her credit. She has been regularly invited for talks at national and international meetings. She is a reviewer for many international journals, and is the first author of a book on Oct "Step By Step Optical Coherence Tomography".
