Mr Parmeshwari is a dedicated and compassionate RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with a strong background in clinical psychology, counselling and psychotherapy. She follows a client-centred, evidence-based eclectic approach, employing therapy techniques from CBT, DBT, ERP, IPT, MET, RPT, IPSRT, mindfulness-based therapies, SCHEMA THERAPY, etc., tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the unique emotional and psychological needs of each individual.Over the years, She has worked in both IPD and OPD mental health settings with clients across different age groups and diverse sociocultural backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar, schizophrenia, addiction, stress and adjustment, trauma, personality issues, interpersonal difficulties, sleep issues, somatic concerns, emotional dysregulation etc., from mild to severe severity. Her professional experience includes working under the supervision and guidance of experienced psychiatrists and psychologists, which has strengthened my clinical understanding and therapeutic skills. She strongly believes that therapy should provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.
