I visited Citrine Clinic last night for a skin allergy consultation and had a very disappointing experience. *** ********* **** ** ********** *** *************** While booking the appointment over the phone, I confirmed the consultation fee twice, and they clearly stated it was ₹800. ******** **** ******* ** *** ******* **** ******** *** *** *** ***** *** ***** ** ******** ** **** **** *** ***** ****** ***** **** ***** ******* **** ***** ** *** ******* ************ *** **** ***** ** ****** **************** the consultation itself was unsatisfactory. The doctor prescribed medicines ******* ******** ********** *** **** ***** ** *** ******** **** * ***** ***** *** ******* *** ******** *** ****** *** **** *** ********* ***** *** ******* ******* *** *********** ** *** ***** *** *********** **** ** *********** * ***** **** ****** ***** *** **** *********** ***************** I am highly disappointed with both the reception staff and the consultation. I’ve had a wonderful experience at Citrine Clinic. I consulted Dr. Niti for my hair and skin concerns, especially acne, and the results have been amazing. dr niti is very humble and polite. The best thing about Dr. Niti is that she patiently listens to the problem, goes to the depth of it and then starts the treatment. But there are some points which I want to ask,
1: Clinic Consultation charges are 500/- only while If we booked from Practo it will increase to 700/- Why? All other online websites provide extra discounts if we booked appointments, hotels, movies etc through online. But here we have to pay extra money for that. The same question I also want to ask from Practo officials.
2: After Face to Face consultation with doctor, Suppose some of things we forgot for e.g- "What should we avoid to eat or what we should eat" then How shall we contact with doctor for the same through Whatsapp or Mail? At least for that only, Patient should not be extra charged.
3: Reception members/staff have not enough knowledge about the medicines etc. They greeted all the patients very sweetly only but are less professional.
