I had severe neck and shoulder pain, totally frozen and inflexible. I found Dr. Neha via the Practo app and after reading through the amazing feedback from her past patients, I booked a session with her.

One of the many things I appreciate is that Dr. Neha took the time to understand my pain, the root cause, given that the pain at that time was just running around my neck, head, and shoulder. The best part was how she has this very naturally pleasing approach, aura, and way of communicating that really calmed me down from the consultation till now. Because of Dr. Neha's expertise and pleasant personality, I instantly felt confident and did not hesitate one bit to book 6 physiotherapy sessions with her. My husband and I mutually agree that I will get better with her. She did a combination of therapies (i.e. electrotherapy, cupping therapy, dry needling) which were super effective for me because I felt 90% better even before my 4th visit. Believe it or not, I was eager and often an early bird to my appointments with Dr. Neha because of the entire pleasant experience and relief.

Overall, I sincerely and highly recommend Dr. Neha to those with physical pain or who need physiotherapy. The clinic has excellent, state-of-the-art equipment; very clean and tidy, with staff who are equally sweet and responsive! Two thumbs up!

I had torn muscles on my right shoulder. After having undergone many physiotherapy sessions with other doctors where i couldn't see evident improvements and that is when i visited Dr. Neha. Dr. Neha made me feel at ease by unhurriedly answering all of my questions. The physiotherapy sessions were well planned in terms of healing and strengthening of my shoulder. One-on-one sessions were helpful unlike other places were multiple patients are dealt with simultaneously. Dr. Neha has thorough understanding of her subject and is friendly & patient enough to make you feel comfortable help you with your recovery. Would strongly recommend Dr. Neha.

Dr Neha has een extrmely focussed in planning the treatment and also knowledgable enough to suggest remedies for secondary problems that come along the primary medical prolem. This really makes the patient feel more trust and faith in the doctor and his/her involvement wotht the patient.

I personally liked that the treatment was a nice mix of strategies that you usually dont get in other conventional physiotherapy sessions. Appreciate the updated knowledge of treatments available with the clinic and effort to make patients also aware of that for future use or recommendation. I will call the servoces quite contemporary and specialised. her personal involvement witht he patient makes the process worthwhile. Thanks to her and kudos to the efforts she makes a s a clinic head.

Dr. Neha understands the problem calmly. She explains the treatment properly before starting the sessions. She understands patients comfort and discomfort and accordingly adjusts the treatment. Her sessions made healing process quicker with max benefit. 100% recommend her for all Physio treatments.

I visited for cervical pain, and I had history of slip disk. Dr. Neha combined traction with a lot of pain relief treatments which helped reduce the discomfort fairly quickly. The exercises she shared are also easy yet effective. Would definitely recommend her.

I had visited for lower back pain. I had a very good experience. Dr Neha was very good, she understood the issue and then focused on the same over few sessions with specific targeted physiotherapy treatments. The clinic is also very well equipped with latest tools and gym exercise equipment’s.
