Excellent!!! I am taking treatment from Dr. Neha for the last 3 months and there are no words to express my thanks for her treatment. Visited doctor once, it was a good experience. Months later, visited again for a different reason. Within 12 hours, we called them as my condition worsened and we just needed to ask if we should get the tests advised done sooner. The receptionist outrightly refused that doctor will not speak on phone, u have to come to clinic. ** *** **** * *** ********* **** * * **** *** ** ****** ******* ** ***** ** ** Finally, they called back n said this will be considered your “free consultation” before we could speak to the doctor.

Next day(day 2) we went there with the reports. They asked us to pay the fees. We said we are within the 3 day consultation period. The doctor stepped in *** **** **** *** *** ***** ******** ***** **** ***** **** ********* **** *** * **** ***** *** she has **** ******* *** *** ******** *** no regard for them.**** **** *** *** **** **** ******* *** ******* *** **** ** ******* **** *** ********* ** ** ************* ** *** ***** ******* we paid them the 500 and left.

Next day, I called to inform them that she misread the reports and my platelets are not low. it was good as per doc experience, but I am not able to get the difference in the value of money when visited with Practo, the amount is slightly more than the normal visit, next time onwards, I will not visit any doc using practo and the second thing, the people in the clinic dont have change as i gave them cash, so they asked me take it next time, i mean seriously!!! why r u expecting me to fall sick again and visit to your clinic and have the change, over all, doc was good but the clinic management was not good, I am not thinking to visit that clinic again.

She explains each and everything very politely and answer all your queries and make sure you get satisfied with her answer.
