She is friendly and caring towards patients and focuses on overall health, analysis previous reports and clearly tells u the tests u must do, not do with right reasons. She genuinely helps her patients which is a rare quality among doctors nowadays. Sometimes the waiting time could be too long but the wait is worth it. Thank you doctor!

However, the waiting time is often quite long—sometimes up to two hours—with no clear updates about your turn. Because of this, the overall value for money feels lower, as you may end up spending on a meal before or after the visit since leaving could mean missing your slot and waiting even longer. I’d recommend the doctor for her medical expertise, but be prepared for a lengthy wait.

I visited Doctor Neelam in her clinic yesterday evening. It was my first visit to a doctor after my test results classifying me as a diabetic. I looked online for a doctor close to my house & came across Dr. Neelam.

The doctor was very patient & understanding and took time to first understand my situation & condition. Then she asked all the required questions not covered till then & replied to all my queries. She then proceeded to analyse and make suggestions for improvement of my daily routine & diet. She then wrote out my prescription with all relevant details and clearly pointed out all the medication & its dosage and all other details. She also pointed out the mild side-effects of the medication experienced by some people which tend to settle down over the course of the first week itself.

Now I have a clear idea of what the future is like, all thanks to Dr. Neelam.

First time i saw a doctor, who discusses and explain the medicinal salt in the drug to cure the disease. She discuss in details about the pros-and-cons of each drug and make the patient understand the treatment correctly.
